Sales Representative

The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, be highly motivated, possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong work ethics. Qualified candidates must have a degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration and/or 2 + years marketing or sales experience. Experience working in sales is preferred but not necessary.
As a sales representative you will be selling interior and exterior signage packages including building and wall signs, stand alone identifying pylons and monuments. Signtel Advertising Inc. furnishes a complete design department to aid in design and concept. Here are some of the job specifications:
Make face-to-face calls on current and prospective customers
- Conduct a needs analysis then make the appropriate product recommendation and demonstrations.
- Follow up with all sold customers and unsold prospects to reinforce and maintain a long-term consultative relationship for the customer.
- 1st year commission income ranging between mid 20's to low 30's
- 2nd year commission income ranging between low 30's to mid 40's
(4 + years have an average income of $75,000 and salespeople with 6+ years earn $75,000, to over $99,000)
